Most of the equipment contained within the Larking's List web site is currently in stock and available for immediate delivery in the UK or for export. Used equipment is not covered by manufacturers guarantees, TL Commerce Ltd offer no guarantee on used equipment however we operate a 14 day sale or return policy ( to UK customers only ) on Outboard Equipment, small Monitoring Systems, Microphones and Midi & Musical Equipment. If you are a UK customer and purchase an item from us but are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it, in supplied condition, within 14 days to receive a full refund (the 14 day sale or return policy does not apply to multitrack recorders or recording consoles - refund does not apply to delivery charges)

Before making a purchase make sure that any recording console or multitrack machine you order from TL Commerce Ltd is suitable for your purposes, we advise inspection by an independent engineer before you order. All of our studio consoles are serviced by free lance engineers Tim Owen or Gareth Connor and our multitracks are serviced by ex Otari service manager Paul Leader or by Tim Owen. Customers requiring an engineers report may send their own nominated engineer to check the equipment prior to purchase. Inspection is important because used consoles and multitrack recorders and not covered by guarantee.

TL Commerce Ltd cannot be held liable for any claims from customers, or from third parties, resulting from the failure of any goods supplied by TL Commerce Ltd. Buyers should satisfy them selves that the goods being purchased are suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased.

While we try to provide photographs of the actual equipment being offer for sale some of the pictures on our site are from our extensive picture library and show an example of what is being offered for sale. If you require more pictures including close ups of any item please send an e-mail and we will try to accommodate you. While we try to be accurate with our descriptions of the equipment being advertized some descriptions may contain errors.

Prices are quoted in UK pounds and are shown without VAT, the UK local tax. VAT is not charged to customers residing outside of the European Community or to VAT registered companies within the EC, (apart from customers in the UK) All sales to UK customers are liable for VAT at 17.5%. The dollar and Euro prices are shown as a guidance only - all sales must be conducted in UK pounds.
